At the same time, they will give you a full practical demonstration. Following the demonstration, there will be a degustation. You will have the opportunity to taste these artisanal delicacies that local producers make every day with passion and skill. This activity allows visitors to discover the typical products of the Grottaglie area and of the entire Apulia region, giving them the opportunity not only to taste the flavours, but also understand all the work and tradition from which they are produced.
