DESCRIPTION
“Share to grow” is a Youth Exchange, a non-formal and peer learning proposal designed to involve 36 participants coming from Italy, Greece, Spain, Netherland, Lithuania and Romania. The proposal raises from the need to provide the participants (aged 18-25) with effective tools to be proactive, living a non-formal experience based on the exchange and sharing of ideas and good practices, about the Sharing (or Collaborative) Economy. The proposal is based on the idea that the act of sharing is a generative factor to react and avoid the “indecision trap”.
OBJECTIVES
- Activate, in youngsters, the sense of initiative (entrepreneurial and social-civic) providing them with inputs, practical and creative tools in the field of sharing economy;
- Fostered interculturality, meant as basic value aimed at creating a unite European union, ready to face the challenges ahead.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Learnt the main features and activation elements and good practices about sharing economy;
- Provided the youth with practical tools to design, develop and fund (with bottom-up processes) projects;
- Provided the NEETs with the main skills to activate and lead civic-social and entrepreneurial projects.
