Today we had a great discussion with Mr. Paul Anthony Ouantock and the President of ERFC, Mr. Nikolas Petropoulos about the benefits of remotely work, but with proper guidelines. How can we fight against isolation, what is the correct dress code when you are working from home remotely? What kind of bioethics and privacy issues we have to face as a society? How far does the employer’s freedom go? What are the obligations of the employee, so that he is in his most productive phase? All the answers are given by the work smart project.
As a result of advancing technologies, more and more businesses are allowing their employees to work from home. At first glance, this may seem like a win-win for the employees who can enjoy the luxury of a more comfortable setting with no additional commuting hassles or expenses, stress from office dramas, or a micromanaging boss.
THE TOP DISADVANTAGES OF WORKING FROM HOME INCLUDE:
Access to a reliable computer hardware and internet connection. Lack of an adequate work area.Home life distractions and interruptions. Poor time management of work activities. Insufficient connection to work resources and people.
To be productive and creative you need all the innovative technology tools, which will guide you to the right work path. There is an outline of the modules in aim to understand better the quide?
What do we need to consider? Do we have the right technology? How can we communicate to each other, what tools I need? How can I work from home? Some people they need extra support, some not.
How long do you work remotely, I have asked Mr. Paul Anthony Ouantock and he gave me the socking answer. Almost 20 years.
Ms. Kyropoulos the Gen Z needs a mentor. These people they need a direction, a structure. We have established this modules with technical support in aim them to get motivate it and on dailly basis to improve their cappacity in practical issues. The challenge of working remotely is existing the last 2 decades , but how can we all be more benefited of it? Because of ths, thew all these years experience we have establissed an accurated EDU platform in specific enterprenuals sectors .
