FRAMEWORK & OBJECTIVES
Hybrid working will become increasingly popular and required across Europe in the future – with people spending part of their week at home and part of it in the office. WorkSmart project will develop training and support activities to enable the adaptation of vocational education and training programmes to meet the needs of the new labour market environment. This will include supporting the development of VET programmes that offer a balanced mix of vocational skills and create work-based learning opportunities, working methods and key competences. In particular, the main objective of the project is to provide a set of tools for Managers and employees to assist in the development of an effective hybrid working model that meets the needs of both, in terms of their expectations and the IT capability, as well as recognizing the ‘welfare’ issues that remote staff face.
