The Multiplier event of ERASMUS + TRUST project “ WORKPLACE TRUST LEADERS – Δημιουργία ενός κλίματος εμπιστοσύνης στις επιχειρήσεις” that took place in online, on 28 February 2022 was a great success promoting a cooperative and trustworthy spirit in the workplace environment and inspired more than 100 youth people to dive into emotional intelligence and leadership management.
The whole consortium worked hard during this project and we are proud of this event. It should be mentioned that the participants of the event sparked interesting discussions and most of their questions on how to establish healthy working environments are now answered. Also, the students were informed about the plenty ERASMUS + opportunities they can exploit to boost their future career. In general, the TRUST project aimed to reach to younger ages and we have achieved that in an adequate level.
Furthermore in order to accelerate the registration and the outreach processes we created a Google form where 167 free tickets were registered. During the event a total of 113 persons attended.
