Two focus groups with women with disabilities and people who are related to them (doctors, social workers, trainers) were organized by ERFC with the kind support of Spinal Cords Injuries Unit, on 18/03/2019 and 02/04/2019.
Focus groups discussions were undertaken to educe the difficulties that women are confronted with: their integration, their soft and ICT Skills, the process of job searching, the employment opportunities and risks and the Teleworking.

The kick off meeting of the project CLIL4DSN (Content and Language Integrated Learning), which is co-funded for 115.314,00 euro by the ERASMUS+ KA201 Strategic Partnership for school education programme, was held on 13-14 December 2018 in Bucharest, Romania. The partnership presented themselves and organizations and set goals for the project outputs.
The kick of meeting of the project “ READY WOMEN” co-funded for 330.456,00 euro by the ERASMUS+ KA204 – Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices, was held on 29-30 November 2018 in Seville, Spain.
General objective of Ready Women project is to offer new opportunities and innovative instruments to physical disabled women for improving their qualifications and thus their levels of employability and integration into the labour market, mainly through training actions for New Yields of Employment (NYE) and emerging sectors.This will be possible mainly through the development of basic, IT & employment competences and soft skills in New Yields of Employment for disabled Women, using innovative approach, methods and tools, thanks to an European cooperation established by an appropriate mix of complementary organisations coming from different fields but sharing characteristics and objectives.

“Share to grow” is a Youth Exchange, a non-formal and peer learning project designed to involve 36 participants coming from Italy, Greece, Spain, Netherland, Lithuania and Romania.
The project raises from the need to provide the participants (aged 18-25) with effective tools to be proactive, living a non-formal experience based on the exchange and sharing of ideas and good practices, about the Sharing (or Collaborative) Economy. It is based on the idea that the act of sharing is a generative factor to react and avoid the “indecision trap”.
ERFC, as the Greek partner of “Share to Grow” project, co-funded by Erasmus+ KA1 programme, is looking for 5 young people, from 18 to 25 years old, (2 of them with fewer opportunities*) for the Greek delegation with the following profile:
– Have a good conduct in English;
– Be deeply interested and motivated about the topic;
– Be able to attend the entire youth exchange (YE) meeting. The YE meeting will take place in Bisceglie, Italy, from 6 to 11 July 2018. Consider that 5/7 is the day of arrival and 12/7 is the day of departure.

– Able to lead a group of young persons;
– Interested in the topic of the proposal;
– Competent and capable of delivering activities providing the best quality;
– Experienced in Youth Exchanges and, mainly, in Erasmus +;
– Able to come to both the Advance Planning Visit (APV) and Youth Exchange (YE) meetings.
Both meetings will take place in Bisceglie, Italy: APV on 30th-31th of May 2018 and YE on 6th-11th of July 2018.
Consider that 29/5 and 5/7 are the days of arrival and 1/6 and 12/7 are the days of departure, respectively!
